Meet the team behind Rvesta
Our Story
Rvesta Consulting was established in 2021 by Vaughn Ross, named for his paternal grandfather, Sonny (originally Arvester), who migrated from Georgia to Philadelphia during the 1940s Great Migration. Sonny pursued the promises of employment, housing, and prosperity in the industrial north. Many of those promises went unfulfilled.
Our firm exists to do the work that helps cities deliver on those promises—not through aspiration alone, but through planning, execution, and accountability.
